Accident reported from C Co. 2/14 involving SP4 Richey and PFC O'Shea.  It involved an accidental detonation of a blasting cap to a M18A1 Claymore.  O'Shea received multiple lacerations, Richey received fragments in chin.  Time of accident (060820)
