50	1154	S3 2/14 spotted 5 VC in black pajamas, armed heading south at 673237.
58	1327	S-2 2/14 reports Dragon "B" loc what appears to be a munitions reproduction area at XT674232 at 1305 hrs. Also storage area of rice husks - Amm reproduction site destroyed also rice husks destroyed - Also one butterfly type mine loc this coord - mine blown in place.
66	1505	2/14 reports Cambodian & Chinese speaking coming in on plt net - for approx 7 min.
70	1535	2/14 rpts patrol sent out in ambush loc signs at 667229 reading Tu Dia - Translated "Killing Zone"
71	1535	2/14 destroyed 3 tunnels at XT674230 with C-4, 2 per tunnel. 3 bags rice destroyed. 1 Sampan destroyed w/M79
81	2035	2/14 rpt 1 claymore detonated outside perimeter assessment later.
83	2050	Reference Entry 81 - Claymore detonated against 2/14 resulted in 1 KIA, 1 WIA. Claymores have been fired in pairs, only one mine detonated. Unit may need dustoff at later time.
88	2138	2/14 SITREP confirms 1 KIA - 1 WIA from claymore. After arty fired in support, sounds like bodies being dragged off.
94		2/14 SITREP No Change except several wounded (Minor) from claymore detonated earlier.

2	1300	A company reports that their refrigerator was out of order
3	1600	Division Supply Office directed this Unit to order 100ea Ruck Sack Cotton Duck.
		Summary On this day the S-4 Section received 1 ea Latrine Kit, which was issued to A company.
