50	0920	C 2/14 found 1 81mm mortar rd wrapped in cloth without fuze at XT508196. Round was destroyed.
51	0930	A 2/14 got 1 VCS (female) verified by Civil Affairs Team at coord 514202. Suspect detained and moving with Co A.
52	0931	Recon 2/14 under fire by 2 snipers vic coord 513210. Recon and 3/4 Cav returned fire. Snipers moved west into river bed.
57	1022	C 2/14 discovered 3 spider holes which shoed signs of recent use, at coord 512206. Also found 1 carbine round. Spider holes destroyed.
60	1108	1045: 2/14 rpts A 2/14 had 2 KIA, 2 WIA. Bulldozer hit mine at coord 519206. Capt Norberg and 1 EM (Rivera) KIA.
62	1142	2/14 dozer returned to Bn Base under its own power. Dustoff completed 1135 KIA will be brought back on supply chopper.
63	1300	1250: C 2/14 at check point White (XT527204) (CP #2) S&A plat captured 2 VCS at 524205. Rec 3 rds of sniper fire, returned fire w/results unk. No casualties.
