15	0503	2/14 fwd rptd C Co crossed LD 0418 hrs neg contact.
18	0605	2/14 fwd rpts C Co as of 0540 has pickets 1-6 in pos from North to South
19	0615	2/14 fwd recon plt in 0545 neg contact
21	0640	2/14 rear ptl closed BC
22	0643	2/14 fwd reports all pickets in pos at 0635 hrs. Picket #1 (519175) rpts 1 VCS being detained. Pickets 2-12 rpts approx 20 people being interrogated prior to release.
23	0708	2/14 fwd A Co patrols in at 0630 hrs.
24	0710	Co A 2/14 reports they found (1) enemy type Claymore mine approx 35M to their front at 0655 hrs. Coord XT515198 it has been disarmed. (In front A Co).
25	0745	2/14 Recon crossed RP for Cu Chi at XT552189. B Co clearing obj E.
27	0830	2/14 Convoy closed in base camp at 0825, with 15 veh.
30	0900	2/14 C Co, 0830 detained 15 VCS 12 at XT513161. 3 at XT519172, and two were released on spot.
34	0945	2/14 convoy departed for fwd CP. 8 1/2 tons, 3 3/4 ton, 4 2 1/2 tons, 1 field light amb. Passed CP-1 at 0955.
35	1010	B/2/14 loc 506176, Echo 0915 estimated 5 VC one sub machinegun, 1 AW 3 unk, 1 wearing hat & Khaki uniform, 1 wearing PJ with slipper on. Taken under fire est 2 KIAs, No friendly cas.
39	1050	B/2/14 rec'd sniper fire 1 rifle grenade at XT507174 returned fire - Negative results.
40	1050	C/2/14 element at XT519165 rec'd SA fire and 1 rifle grenade from unknown location - No action taken - No friendly casualties.
44	1130	S3 2/14 reported - explosions down by Ann Margaret IS EOD Team blowing duds.
45	1445	2/14 SITREP 1040 hrs Recon Plt crossed base camp. 1120 Co B finished searching sector Hotel. Waiting on Texas Border for further instruction. Instruction were to continue to mission.
48	1230	C/2/14 SITREP as of 1200 - Negative Contact. All but 2 suspects released. Will notify when other suspects are evacuated (Evacuated to Base Camp)
50	1307	B/2/14 found medical Viales at coord 507168. Detained them. Also continue search in area NOW. 10 bottles of streptomiacin.
65	1640	2/14 search made by S&A platoon. Reported VC camouflaged in banana tree. Results neg. Area has been cleared.
68	1715	2/14 fwd rpts B/7/11 sustained 2 rounds of 60mm mortars at 520197. Have both tail fins. Believed to be U.S. type.
80	1920	(Late Entry) Trang Bang District Chief rptd to CO 2/14 VC Bn was located in Grid Sq 5224 dist chief said that the mission of this bn was to mortar 2/14 posns at 132400.
81	2120	2/14 Fwd at 132055 received suspected VC Claymore coord XT514196. 2/14 fwd has 1 friendly WIA slight head wound. Name Horres, Blevin B. 16 RRU will be evacuated tomorrow.
