22	0740	2/14 Radar report, 6 PPS 4, PPS 4 Opn, 2 in repair, 3 PPS 33. All Opn.
24	0830	Operation plans for the Bde AO: 4/23, 2/14 were notified to establish Co (-) patrol base to conduct extensive patrols and ambush their AO.
34	1048	B/4/9 pickup 4 detainees in obj area 1, XS653717.
36	1150	B/4/9 & ARVN loc XS648713 has picked up 6 detainees, after questioning MID said that only 2 were worth evac, as they entered this loc 5 or 6 young men started running, they were fired on by PRU, they stopped and are being questioned.
37	1235	B/4/9 picked up 2 detainees at XS648715, are being evac.
56	2400	SUMMARY: 1st Bde continues Opn LANIKAI, and Opn KALIHI with 4/9 Inf conduction local security and preparation for future Opns. 2/14 Inf conducting S&D Opns with B Co moving to establish a company base vic XT691162. 4/23 Inf continues Opn KALIHI extracting plat C/4/23 from LZ vic 632192 at 0900 hrs. 1 Plat C/4/23 move by foot from 683166 commencing 061000 hrs.
