Recon and Engineers blew the mine in the road XS647774 between Base Camp and Ben Luc.

60 0714 Hornet 25 will be our C&C ship today.
61 0715 Resupply and extraction of A & B Co and Bn CO complete.
62 0723 Road between Base Camp and Ben Luc has been cleared.
63 0743 A & B Co commenced their move
64 0754 B Co reports having one man who accidentally shot himself in the foot.  Bn S3 will pick him up and bring him to base camp forward.
69 1030 A Co reports finding 2 concrete bunkers, one had about 50 lbs medical equipment in it.  Will blow bunkers and bring in medical equipment.  Location XS627869.  Medical equipment was found in a 10-gal water crock buried in the ground, uncovered by the air strike.
70 1035 A Co reports finding lots of medical equipment at coord XS629870, believe it to be same location where C Co found the same sort of things.
76 1220 All C Co lifts complete, A Co extraction complete
77 1225 Ref Item 59:  Engineers said mine was about 9 in. diameter, 7 in. thick with a foot-long handle about 1 in. wide.  Mine was wrapped in plastic bag and placed in the road so as the handle was in the left tire track when traveling south.  Believed to be an AT mine.
78 1410 B Co found cache of small arms ammo, approx 1500 rounds 7.62mm, also found two bunches vic XS630870, still checking the area.
79 1425 B Co requests 1 case C-4, 6 water bottles.
80 1500 C Co requests 3 cases C-4, 100 ft det. cord, 10 ft time fuse, 24 blasting caps, 5 cans water.
81 1555 B Co requests 1 case M-26 grenades on resupply.
82 1640 C Co reports finding a large concrete building at coord XS629871, 14 ft x 10 ft, has steel rods running across the top, also about 4 ft clay on the ceiling with about 2 ft water on the floor.  Use unknown.
83 1655 C Co reports finding 1200 lbs rice, destroyed it, XS637877.
84 1657 B Co is in position and is prepared to receive resupply.
88 1755 Bravo resupply - 100 non-electric blasting caps, 1 row fuse, 24 fuse lighters, 3 cases C-4, 1 case M-26 grenades, 15 60mm mortar rounds, 4 sandbags re-order, 1H-138/U
89 1915 B Co requests dustoff at XT634879 for one US, fever of 102.
91 1930 C Co destroyed 1440 lbs rice, 21 hooches, 47 2-man bunkers with overhead cover, 28 squad bunkers, 2 concrete bunkers, 2 wells, 12 gallons fish, 55 gal. drum of coal oil, 1 US grenade, 3 Chicom grenades, 1 bomb cluster, 3 booby-traps, 2 gallons tar, 30 lbs cement, 1 gas generator, machine shop and booby-trap shop, they will bring a list of what was in the shop tomorrow, also will bring in more documents.
92 1930 Charlie Resupply - 150 C-4, 10 blasting caps, 10 ft time fuse, 150 ft det. cord, 42 hand grenades, 1 case PRC-25 batteries, 1/2 case assorted smoke, 1 helmet liner
95 2018 R11 water vehicle that went to Saigon has 2 flat tires, request maintenance send spare time, then won't be in until tomorrow 15 Apr.
126 2400 Delayed Entry:  Written report from B Co on destruction of enemy materials, 14 Apr 1400-1530 XS631877.
2 medical bunkers, 1500 rounds assorted small arms ammo, 4 magazines, 1 protection mask, 2 lbs documents, 1 hut, 1 National Officer hat, 11 bunkers, 64 spider holes with mud tops.
