Summary of Personnel Activities

 

These two summaries for March and April, 1967 provide an accounting for all personnel activities for the Battalion to be forwarded to the Division.   Men killed and wounded in action, men transferring in and out, R&R activities, awards, future personnel needs to maintain battalion strength -- everything must be tabulated and reported.  You'll notice that morale in the Battalion is always high . . .

   b. The following decorations have been awarded during the reporting period.

   f. Red Cross.  There was no number of cases handled by the Red Cross.

   g. Disposition of Remains.  None

6. Maintenance of Discipline, Law and Order.

   a. Serious Incidents.  None

   b. Courts-Martial.

      (1) General:  0
      (2) Special:  0

7. Miscellaneous.

   a. PIO.  This Battalion was visited by two (2) news media representatives.  Eighty-One (81) home town news releases and ten (10) news stories were released.  No home town tapes or film clips were released.

   b. Safety.  The Battalion had one (1) accident during this reporting period in which no time was lost.
