The
following reports were prepared to present quarterly information about
ongoing operations to Division-level commanders, and so
in each of these documents there may be just a few, or perhaps no, reference
to the specific activities of the 2/14th Inf. They were designed
to provide an opportunity to review combat results and offer lessons learned
that could be used in the future, or to provide After-Action
insights into what had occurred in a specific operation or combat action.
However, the reports do provide an overview of what other units
were doing as we conducted our daily patrols and nightly ambushes.
Each of these reports is large, many with a hundred or more pages, so please
allow time for the pdf files to load (click on a link below,
and then go get a fresh cup of coffee, or take your afternoon walk, and the
file will be ready for browsing when you return).
I find it helpful to search for specific information. At the top of
the screen, locate the "Edit" option, then click "Find" and type in the
search word or phrase you're seeking. You can use "14" to locate
references to the 2/14th (you'll also find every occurrence of a date that
contains the number 14, etc.
